產品特性 Product features
◎RX-815系雙組份、中性、室溫固化、高橫量的建筑硅的結構密封膠，使用時格A、B組份按規定比例混合，反應固化成具有耐寒、耐熱、無腐蝕的彈性體。
◎具有耐臭氧、耐紫外線等良好的耐氣候性能，賦于其長久的使用壽命.
◎具有良好的粘接性，在通常條件下無需底涂，固化后對大多數建材，如玻璃、鋁材、鋼材等表面均能產生良好的粘接力。
◎本產品A組份為白色，B組份為黑色，A/B的組份按體積比10:1混合使用，混合后為黑色
◎The RX - 815 is A two-component, neutral, room temperature curing, high modulus of silicone building sealant structure, use of mix proportion of A and B component according to stipulations, curing reaction into A cold resistant, heat resistant, no corrosion of the elastomer.
◎Resistant to ozone, ultraviolet resistance and other good climate resistance, fu on its long service life.
◎Have good adhesion, in normal conditions without undercoat, after curing to most building materials, such as glass, aluminum, steel surface can produce good stick relay.
◎This product is A component for white, black B component. A/B components by volume than 10:1 mix, mix to black.
應用限制 Application restrictions
◎不要在下列場合使用RX-815硅酮結構密封膠。
◎所有滲出油脂、增塑劑及其他液態有機物的材料，這些材料可能影響密封膠的粘接效果。
◎施膠時材料表面溫度超過50℃，這樣會使密封膠在固化過程中產生起泡現象。
◎終年潮濕和常期進水的地方。
◎地面人行走道，受到過度磨擦與物理破壞的地方
◎Do not use in the following situations RX - 815 silicone structural sealant.
◎All leaking oil, plasticizer and other liquid organic materials, these materials may influence the effect of adhesive sealant.
◎When sizing material surface temperature more than 50 ℃, this will make the sealant in curing process produces foaming phenomenon.
◎At the age of damp and often into the water.
◎Ground pedestrian walkways, excessive friction and physical damage.
貯存期 Storage period
◎A、B組份應分開存放于陰涼干燥處，貯存溫度應低于27℃。
◎在此條件下，產品貯存期為6個月。
提示：施工前，必須進行材料的相溶性試驗。
◎A and B components should be stored separately in A cool and dry place, storage temperature should be lower than 27 ℃.
◎On this condition, the product storage period is 6 months.
Tip: before construction, material intermiscibility test must be conducted.
