◎本產(chǎn)品A組份 為白色，B組份為黑色，A/B的組份按體積比10:1混合使用，混合后為黑色。

◎不要在下列場(chǎng)合使用RX一858硅酮密封膠。
◎所有滲出油脂、增塑劑及其他液態(tài)有機(jī)物的材料，這些材料可能影響密封膠的粘接效果。
◎施膠時(shí)材料表面溫度超過50°C，這樣會(huì)使密封膠在固化過程中產(chǎn)生起泡現(xiàn)象。
◎終年潮濕和常期進(jìn)水的地方。
◎地面人行走道，受到過度磨擦與物理破壞的地方。

貯存期 Storage period
◎A、B組份應(yīng)分開存放于陰涼干燥處，貯存溫度應(yīng)低于27°C。
◎在此條件下，產(chǎn)品貯存期為6個(gè)月。
提示：施工前，必須進(jìn)行材料的相溶性試驗(yàn)

◎本產(chǎn)品用于中空玻璃第一密封，可以與雙組份硅酮中空密封膠、雙組份聚硫膠、雙組份聚胺脂密封膠和單組份熱熔膠相配和使用，完成全雙道密封，用本產(chǎn)品制作的雙道密封中空玻璃，經(jīng)國家玻璃檢測(cè)中心測(cè)試合格，滿足國標(biāo)各項(xiàng)要求。

使用方法 Method of use
◎鋁隔條清潔干凈備用。
◎丁基膠放入擠出機(jī)紅內(nèi)加熱到115°C-140C，溫控器保持恒溫后，打出膠條檢查均勻不斷線時(shí)，將膠條涂抹到鋁隔條槽上，稍放涼后與干凈的玻璃壓合成中空玻璃半成品，待涂完外道密封膠并固化后即為中空玻璃成品。
◎做雙道中空玻璃之前，必須對(duì)雙道密封膠進(jìn)行必要的相溶性試驗(yàn)，延長中空玻璃的使用壽命。
